Shell

"Before Tamigo we used a calendar and a spreadsheet for planning and I know that I cannot work without the Tamigo roster."

The Shell service station in Nykøbing Sjælland fills an important function in the local community. Customers do not just fill their petrol tanks here. The service station also functions as an excellent substitute for the local bakery, which is closed on Sundays.

It is also one of the major employers for the young people of the community that, according to retailer Allan Hansson, quickly adopt the Tamigo roster and app when they start working.

"The young people figure out how to exchange shifts and make bids for vacant shifts in Tamigo at lightening speed, and I don't even have to help them. We also communicate a great deal with our employees via the app and the information page in the web solution, so Tamigo definitely makes our working day easier," says retailer Allan Hansson.

Will not do without the roster

The Shell service station has used Tamigo for five years now and this makes Allan Hansson's business one of the oldest Tamigo customers – a cooperation that still make a positive impact on the workload at service station number 3108.

We make a point of making our working day easier for ourselves and Tamigo plays a central role,

says Allan Hansson and continues:

"Before Tamigo we used a calendar and a spreadsheet for planning and I know that I cannot work without the Tamigo roster."

"When, for example, Tamigo automatically transmits actual hours in the time sheet to the wage system, it makes my working day significantly easier.”
