Baresso coffe

"Tamigo is indispensible for Baresso as the people responsible at the individual coffee shops can make precise rosters, and keep track of wage costs and sales per hour for weeks ahead."

The surge of coffee shops in the major Danish cities has increased competition to attract the coffee-thirsty Danes. Inger Luciani, head of administration at Baresso Coffee, emphasizes that it is important to keep track of employees and wage costs to run a healthy chain of coffee shops – a core task that Tamigo has managed successfully for Baresso since 2012.

"Tamigo is indispensible for Baresso as the people responsible at the individual coffee shops can make precise rosters, and keep track of wage costs and sales per hour for weeks ahead," say head of administration at Baresso, Inger Luciani.

Wages in ten minutes!

In 2012 the chain with the well-known flame logo chose to implement the Tamigo online workforce management system that replaced a "troublesome and time-consuming system". At that time wage transmission took one and a half days, Inger Luciani recalls. Today she spends ten minutes each month transmitting a flawless wage file from Tamigo to the wage system and approximately 500 Baresso employees!

While wage transmission is a concrete example of how Tamigo has dramatically relieved the burden of costly monthly administration at Baresso, the key benefits of using Tamigo are felt in the busy Baresso coffee shops on a daily basis.

Coffee shop ABC

Inger Luciani is particularly impressed by Tamigo's user-friendliness. New baristas learn how to use the roster's core functions and shift exchange very quickly.

Easy access to targeted communication for the individual coffee shop manager or all departments simultaneously is also a huge advantage at the management level. At just one click Inger Luciani can see whether there is a balance between all the coffee shops' planned wage costs and planned revenue.

Nothing is left to chance at Baresso Coffee. According to Inger Luciani, the times when one could just open a coffee shop and hope that customers and revenue would show up automatically, are definitively over.

"If I were to wipe the slate clean and open a coffee shop today, a professional roster solution would be one of my first investments. It's hard to be successful in this line of business, if you can't manage your employees and your roster.”
